Conference Resource Center, LLC was founded by Brad Ruebel & Rita Corbinook. CRC earned accreditation as a Travel Sales Intermediary (TSI) Agency with the International Airlines Travel Agent Network (IATAN).

Brad has cultivated over 20+ years of dynamic industry experience to include 7+ years as an independent contractor specializing in Hotel Site Selection, Contract Negotiations and On-Site Meeting Management as well as 15 years in the hotel sales industry, including 8 years as a Director of Sales & Marketing. His diverse experience comes from Kimpton Hotels, Hyatt, Hilton, Embassy Suites and Marriott brand hotels throughout the SF Bay Area.

Brad is responsible for the site selection and hotel contract negotiations for meeting and conferences of several diverse accounts in the Corporate, Government and Association markets. Brad’s creativity, resources, experience and professionalism have achieved the highest level of customer satisfaction. Many of his accounts recognize his tremendous value and have hired him to assist with on-site meeting management.

Brad’s well rounded experience and knowledge of the hotel industry make him a valuable asset to anyone utilizing hotels. He is highly skilled in contract negotiations, as well as developing and tracking meeting budgets. He has a tenacious ability to recognize, understand and satisfy the needs of customers at all levels of an organization.

Brad has the ability to work collaboratively with a team and eagerly accepts individual responsibility.

Brad acquired his Bachelors degree from California State University, Chico.

 

Rita delivers informed site selection services to create time and financial savings for meeting planners. Representing the meetings industry, with twenty-five years of collective knowledge and key product/client relationships, her sales expertise includes working with associations, fraternal/sports organizations and corporate meetings. By matching meeting sites, for companies and organizations, she contributes to the financial, educational and positive growth of her clients’ programs. The number one goal is to make each meeting a success elevating customer satisfaction to its’ best!

Rita is an alumna of Saint Mary’s College. Her industry experience was gained in sales and marketing for convention & visitors bureaus as well as hotels. Professional affiliations include active participation with the California Society of Association Executives and the Northern California Network of Associations. Personal contributions are fundraising with Team In Training for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Qualified in selecting the right hotel for your next meeting Rita is knowledgeable and dedicated to earning your important and valuable business!
